Dear Airasia team
I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Bangkok to depart on 15 Oct 17.
As I like to celebrate the Hindu festival Dipawali with my son in Bangkok, I like to carry 400 ml of Til oil in a tightly covered plastic bottle in my checked luggage. Pl advice me that is carrying 400 ml of oil is allowed in Airasia flights?
I also plan to carry some condiments from MTR like masala, haldi, etc. Are such items allowed?

Hello AirAsia team,
I need your help!
I booked (on Jul 9) AirAsia flight for 23rd Sept i.e. from Mumbai to Sydney i.e. BOM --> KUL --> SYD for 3 passengers on this booking id - PLZ1GW
BUT, on 28th Jul, I got the email from AirAsia saying my onward flight for 23rd Sept has been canceled & re-scheduled to 26th Sept (refer below thread email), after which I called your customer care center requesting that Me & my parents cannot travel on 26th Sept and would like to have refund (as mentioned in the email about refund policy - point no.3).
Your Customer care rep said that I will receive the refund amount only for the onward flight, becoz the dates have been rescheduled only for the onward flight & not for the return flight & she asked me to fill the e-form for the refund, which I did, details below:-
Case Acknowledgement - CAS-19441784-51151G CRM:0001265 (without attachment)
Case Acknowledgement - CAS-19444285-8GV8K8 CRM:0001969 (with attachment)
Then y'day when I checked Manage My bookings on the AirAsia web site & I found that even my return flight has now been canceled and then again I called your Customer care team (spoke to Kavya) and she confirmed me that even my return tickets have canceled becoz I asked for full refund which was not the case, as I asked for refund only for the onward flight as I thought that I will get refund only for my onward journey & not for the return journey, aforesaid by your Customer care team. Call case id CAS-19460157-3GN9DR
Please Please Please! reinstate my return flight ticket for 30th Sept'17 which was scheduled earlier. I am traveling with my parents that they are pretty old & I do not wish them to have any further inconveniences. I want to make this journey memorable for my parents. So, please help me!
For more update, you can read thru the below thread email and here is my Contact number +91 9920262118, I would be very glad if one of you would call me.
Again, I need refund amount only for the onward flight and not for the return flight. Please reinstate my return ticket for 30th Sept'17 as scheduled.
Fyi --- Since my 23rd flight from Mumbai --> Sydney was Canceled, thus I booked another flight on 28th Jul from AirAsia, from KUL --> SYD under this booking ID - DM1CYT & from MUM-->KUL, I will be traveling thru another air line.
Sorry for the long email, and I am positive that you will reinstate my return flight for 30th Sept.
