One can move onto any of these offices and complaint Against LIC Employee. The respective officers are available for listening to your complaints at their respective premises of Mondays only. The timings decided between 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. It is important to note that these officers will meet up only after you take the appointment otherwise there are no chances to meet them.
My staff went to deposit premium cheque in lic office near chowpatti mumbai so the staff are not ready to deposit cheque nor they are ready to write and give whats the reason behind not accepting the cheque nor they are ready to talk on phone .. they are like send the person who’s paying the premium I dont get the point why they want to meet the insured person … and is they any rule only insured person should visit the branch and pay the premium
I need to know is there any improvement in services in lic after complaining. Lic 924 cannot even provide the dispatch docket no after 5 days of alleged dispatch of documents by speed post let alone receiving the document
DUE TO LIC AGENT NO- 0******6 MY POLICY NO-2*******0 GOT LAPSED .FOR RENEW I HAVE TO PAY HEAVY LATE FEE.WHICH IS DUE TO LIC AGENT. HE DID NOT TELL ME THE EXACT REASON THAT IF I M UNABLE TO PAY WITHIN TIME THE THEN SO MUCH I HAVE TO FILL LATE FEE,HE EVEN DID NOT TOLD ME THAT I IT IS COMPULSORY TO CONTINUE FOR 3 YEARS.
what time solve my problem i already complain to this matter but i again reputed my issue i have a policy but the ilc employee is not give me right information related to policy and i told to lic employee the date of my auto debit installment by my saving account is 2nd or 3rd date of month and he is agree to my this date of installment but these commitment for employee is fake and installment withdraw to other date

The cashiers are not doing their work properly they are depositing the payments of the agents from the back window and were also ignoring the customers standing in the queue

i received a letter from lic bermo that i have to fill the mandate form , i filled up the mandate form and submitted to the lic branch chandrapura (bermo) bokaro Jharkhand for payment of benefit amount. but it is awaiting till date , i want to know how may time will be take for payment the same.

I am holding LIC Policy no. ***57** against which I was getting half yearly annuity. My wife needed immediate knees replacement. I had incurred heavy expenses on her treatment. Therefore I submitted my Policy along with relevant documents for remittance of my Policy amount to Branch Office 114. I have not received any amount. Please help me to get the above as i am a retiree.
