From your office of Yamuna Vihar, a bill of Rs. 2342 has been sent on my closed floor B-2/412 Yamuna Vihar vide K N 7989231739 .I have shifted my residence in July 2016 from Yamuna Vihar to Gurgaon. Till that time the floor is closed. I am surprised to know how you have raised this bill. Moreover Delhi govt. has not charging the water bill UPTO 200000 thousands litres of water free in a month.
