Hello,
I have applied for new connection online few days back, online form submitted successfully but the status is still showing in pending status, to get the information I have called toll free number 1916 many times mostly this number remains busy, if some one receives also they are not agreed to help and disconnect the phone by saying its not related to our department. I have even tried to call zonal office number “Kakrola more” but the same no one picked the call. I do not understand what they are doing sitting at office even cannot receive the call to resolve the customer query, is there any way to whom I will contact to know the status? I am really very unhappy with the Jal board service. please look into this matter and kindly reply on this email.

I am Lakshmi Narayan, Residence of H. No. 2**, Gali No. 0*, Block-A, Lakhpat Colony Part-2, Meethapur Extn Part-2, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044.
The meter reader Mr. Harsh Deewan has visited our premises on 15.10.2018 and picked the current Reading of Water Meter for CA No. 33*****0 but he put Blindly the last meter reading of dated 20.08.2018.
As per received Water Bill the consumption for the period from 20.08.2018 to 15.10.2018 is 140 Units which is very high and justified. As per data for last 2 years maximum consumption was 17 Units for 36 Days for the said water connection.
Hence it is requested to you kindly intervene into this and revise the Water Bill enabling me to make payment at the earliest.

We are facing water availability in our area in Pandav Nagar. It’s been more than 1 hour we are waiting for water to come and then we finish out our pending works .. We don’t have storage of water because of Seepage problem..
Whether does this complaint matters or not we have no idea but the behaviour of the call executive guy was so worst and mannerless … He has cut down the call during the conversation stating that “1 ghante k liye pani jana itni bdii baat nhi h”
Is it the answer we are expecting from their side ?? really ???…
