My agent name narayan shetty of your branch has made 6 policy from our end from past 15 years. There was a spelling error in name for which we have requested to correct it. He has taken our original policy and submitted the same to your branch and watsapp the acknowledgement to us. Its been 1 years we dont have our original doc nor we received the name changed also past 1 year he does not pick the phone as well. His wife picks the phone and start shouting. How come LIC allows such kind of agent to be part of it. Who is responsible to give back our original doc. Pls help....
