Jr. NTR Childhood:
NT Rama Rao was born on 20th May 1983 in Hyderabad to Nandamuri Harikrishna, a famous Telugu film actor and politician, and Shalini Bhaskar Rao. He is the grandson of a Telugu actor as well as former CM of Andhra Pradesh, N. T. Rama Rao. In the initial years, he named as initially named Tarak, but later renamed as N. T. Rama Rao. He has completed his schooling at Vidyaranya High School, Hyderabad and Intermediate education at St. Mary’s College, Hyderabad. He also received training in Kuchipudi dance.
Besides this deep relationship with the people from the film industry, he is also the half-brother of actor/producer Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, the nephew of actor and politician Nandamuri Balakrishna and the former CM of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu. He is also the cousin of actors like Taraka Ratna, Nara Rohit and politician Nara Lokesh.

Rama Rao started his acting career as a child artist in Brahmarshi Vishwamitra in 1991. After this, he played the role of Rama in the mythological film Ramayanam in 1996, which won the National Film Award for Best Children’s Film.
In 2001, he worked in Student No. 1 directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. Then he worked in a romantic drama Ninnu Choodalani in a lead role.

Then in 2018, he was seen in Trivikram Srinivas-directed action drama Aravinda Sametha and the movie became the highest-grossing Tollywood film of the year.

NTR got the chance to host the popular TV show Bigg Boss 1 broadcasted on Star Maa.
