this is a worst service department,we should switch off to some other private insurers where customer will be treated as a king ,here you could not get answer from the customer care number also every time it will be busy ,if we want any work done we should go personally and visit the branch waste of time in my entire life i will no more deal with lic and whomever i will suggest not to go to lic

They have very worst website and customer care service.we were trying to pay online for more than 1 hour. Often getting server unavailable. They are not valuing customer. Useless portal service.
