I have been working in All India Radio.In March this I have been transferred from Madikeri to Bhadravathi. In this context I wrote a letter to LIC Branch office at Madikeri to transfer my policies to Branch at Bhadravathi,last month I have sent an email also,but unfortunately no action has been initiated from LIC Madikeri.Is it the way of customer care?Is it the way of service .Really it is disgusting.

Some person on the pretext of renewing my very old policy took a cheque of Rs. 67,410/- favouring LIC on 23 11 2013 alongwith an indemnity bond and a fresh application form. My address is at Delhi and the cheque gets cleared from Amritsar Branch. Despite my best efforts I have received nothing from any office as to what happened to my money. They are neither informing me anything nor returning the money. No reply has been received to my several emails sent. Customer service sucks
Correctly said by Mr. Kiran mali. LIC staff is completely useless. I have tried, Noida number, Delhi numbers, Toll free numbers from last 20 days. Only one somebody from noide picked my number in noid abranch, and he told that there is lunch time. call after half n hour. But after half n hour no body is picking the phone. Lic staff is completely dumb and nonsense peoples. Even sending mail to their noida office with several reminders, no body bothered to reply.
