Dear sir,
I purchased Lloyd’s led however it has started giving me problem from 21/05/2016 . The led tv purchased on 06/06/2014 which was installed on the 07th and from then it has started giving problem from 10/05/2016. Coming only sound and without display any type of picture.
I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper and said backlight problem then i said ok change this. Second time 29/09/2016 same problem come then the engineer said the voltage is proper but let the again backlight problem . and he said panel problem and this time i will change ur backlight and next coming same problem then i will change ur led panel. then third time again same problem 16/06/2018.

tab maine aaj lloyd service centre par mr gaurav se baat ki jinka no,7060109700 hai itne dino se ye keh rahe the ki backlight problem hai vo aa rahi hai par aaj keh rahe hai ki panel ki dikkat hai vo change hoga. ye problem itne din se thi toh ye pehle batana chahiye tha .
aur dusri baat isse pehle bhi meri led mein problem hui thi us samay ye warranty mein thi fir bhi aine har baar backlight change karwai us samay service centre ne kaha tha ki agli baar ye problem agar aati hai toh company led replace karke degi. par aaj jab vo warranty ke bahar hai hai tab mujhe kenh rahe hai ki aapko panel change karwana hoga aap bataiye 45000 ka panel change karwane se acha hai ki mai led replace kar du so agar aap ye problem resolve kar sakte hai to replay me otherwise mai consumer forum jakar apni complaint file karu.
so plz jald se jald is problem ko resolve kare. and i m waiting for ur reply
i registered my complaint against my led tv but no phone calls no attendance till date insipte of complaint being registered i think administration has to look hard at it as i can be cumulative effect which may affect the sale overall Adv. Vinod Karpe
not working my led tv display and sound
Dear Sir,
I have Purchased a LED TV (Model No. L32ND) on 18.12.2014 from M/s Freeze Link Home Appliances, XI/585 & XI/585/1, Chettiyangadi Junction, Thrissur - 680 001, with 3 year warranty. But unfortunately on 16.10.2015 there was a problem in display and accordingly i had made a complaint (Complaint No. 161015571507) on the same day to the dealer i.e. Freeze Link Home Appliance and at that time my complaint was resolved in time. Now on 17.10.2017 again there was a problem in display. And again a complaint was lodged with the same dealer and at the same time i had registered my complaint through toll free number (Compliant No. HIL1710171062439 and HIL2010171078523). Later on a technician visited and informed that there is some problem with "Backlight" (Display Problem) and informed that they may inform the further course of action. Later on i contacted the service center at that time it was informed that as Serial No is not mentioned on the TV the complaint cannot be entertained. I dont know if the Serial No. is not available then how come the service or my compliant was sucessfully attended in 2015. Later on i had contacted Mr. Ramachandran (Contact No. 9745511220), contact person of Ernakulam LLOYD Service Centre. He informed me that the TV was not registered that the reason that they cannot entertain the complaint. But it is already registered with Demo No. 181214341228. Even if it was not registered how the complaint was resolved in 2015? Later many times i tried to contact Mr. Ramachandran but he is not attending my call. I think this is the kind of customer service the LLOYD is giving to their customers.
I have already made many follow ups with the LLOYD people by since last 15 days but my complaint is still not resolved. Anyhow, if my issue is not resolved in 2 days time, I will be force to take legal action against your company and register a case with the Consumer Court.
Hope the matter will be taken care with utmost urgency and will be resolved with in 2 days time.

My LLOYD LED is not functioning from oct 8,2017 (power button of LED is not working). Request id HIL0910171031737 is KN9932 . Seven days has been passed but there is no a single response from local service center located in AZAMGARH .
They argued that appropriate part of that LED will come from DELHI .
I'm worried about their service .
I am a Customer for LED Tv since 2015,in last Sept.29/2017 i have Lodged a Complaint for Picture Problem(ie No Picture) My Complaint no.is HIL290917996923 though Service Eng.has visited & Checked it,& taken Photo of Bar Code of TV but there after 10 days has Passed & no one has neither visited nor informed that when shall I get it Repaired.So Kindly do Needful for getting it repaired as it is still under warrenty Period.All Photos of Purchased Bill & Complaint SMS also given to him.

i had purchase led tv through "sardar tv" dealer which is located in "krishna nagar" area Ahmadabad, gujarat. my led product not working at all since last 2 month i had complained in customer care and dealer but till i don't get any solution. please solve my issue as soon as possible.
I purchaged Lloyd 58 LED TV on 20/10/16. Now it is not function for last 2 days,
i called at Defence electronics Jodhpur Rajasthan,from where i purchased it. i also called Lloyd service centre Jodhpur & lloyd customer care centre but no reply till now.
If my TV is not replaced in next 72 hours , i will file a case in court against Agency as well as Lloyd company.
