have taken 10 add paid packages , but i cant post that add , posted ad on quikr and made premium but am not able to see that ad it is showing that this post is no longer available what is the reason

Fruad no one Ihhad !paid e on line payments formy ad to convert it in to ppremium but still they have not done it customer care no is also wrong and even Bangalore customer no is wrong pls refund my payment or I have to lodge police complaint
Very very lazy service. No any information available from customer service about the order status. Unable to track the parcel. I will never recommend Quikr to anyone. Waste of time.

on 4/10/2016 i contacted the phone no 080-33707272 which was given in quikr used car website for the purpose of used car inspection report which was readily available. one person name Mr. Chetan attended and told that if paid Rs. 500/- online, 3 inspection reports will be given. hence i paid Rs. 500 on the same day at evening through online (transaction id is oct699a). he sent 3 inspection reports which was ready, to my email. but all 3 reports were useless reportsl. (all bogus reports) no photos were clear, information was not clear, no seller contact ph. no. etc. In one report out of 5 photos 2 photos of 2 different cars !
hence i contacted chetan again through phone and explained about the reports , he told i will look into it and disconnected. After from the next moment he is not receiving my phone calls. only the phone rings, afterwards music will played. around 8-10 calls i made but no use. I lost Rs. 500/-. This is how quikr is giving service.
That loafer fraud, 420 chetan should be punished. To get connected to ph. no. 080 – 33707272 first time itself, one should get rebirth. min. 5-6 calls to be wasted. with this type of phone service and persons like chetan quikr is cheating people.
