  • Subjects of Bhutan or Nepal
  • Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling

Educational Qualification:
  • Candidates applying for notification must have a skilled University MBBS / MCI recognized.
  • MBBS examination applicants who are in the final year may also apply.
  • Certification of passing the written and practice test for the final MBBS exam alongside their application form is to be submitted by qualified applicants in the written test.
  • An applicant who has still to finish a mandatory internship is admitted but only after finishing the internship, he will be appointed.
  • Candidates must be the Indian citizen and wait a little longer for additional information.

UPSC CMS Application Form 2023:

  • You can apply through the upsconline.nic.in the website, if you are interested in this Exam.
  • Applicants must apply online through the www.upsconline.nic.in. The website provides brief guidance on filling out the application form.
  • However, if the applicants submit another / multiple applications because of an unavoidable case, then they must ensure that the higher RID application is complete in all aspects, including details of the applicant, examination center, photo, signature, fee, etc.
  • Applicants filing multiple applications should note that the Commission is only responsible for submitting applications with a high RID (Registration ID) and the fee paid against one RID is not amended to compare with other RID’s.
  • For those applicants who do not wish to participate in the exam, the Commission has established the retraction procedure. The Notice of Examination provides instructions in this respect.
Application Fee
  • Candidates (except female/sc / st / pH applicants exempt from the payment of the fee) are requested to pay the fees of Rs.200/- either in cash or via the SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur / State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Travancore or Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card by depositing the money in any branch of SBI.
  • An application that decides “pay by money” should only print the payment slip produced by the scheme when registering in Part II of the SBI Branch counter and deposit the fee on the next working day.
  • The ‘ Cash pay ‘ option is not available, i.e. one day before the date of closure. However, applicants who have generated their pay in cash before they are turned on can pay during banking hours at the SBI branch counter on the date of closing.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded, and the payment may not be reserved for further review or choice under any conditions.
  • For reasons bears no other choice than choosing internet Debit / Credit Card or Internet Banking Payment on a closed date when candidates who are unable to pay money on the closing date, i.e. during banking hours at SBI Branch, even if holding a valid payment slip.

UPSC CMS 2023 Admit Card:

  • You can download your Admit Card from the official UPSC website.
  • 3 weeks before the examination date, the UPSC releases the Admit Card.
  • The Admit Card shall state all data on the date, time, and location of the examination.
  • If a candidate can not able to download the Admit Card, he or she should contact the UPSC officials.
  • No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.
